Our personal training sessions are completely private or semi-private (one of two other clients training in the gym at the same time or just you and your trainer). We are an all women's gym with only women trainers working with our women.
We understand what it is like to be a woman and trying to balance everything. We also know how important it is to start to take care of yourself. Our gym is a nonjudgmental environment. We accept you just as you are. We never expect you to be perfect- we aim to strive for progress over perfection. We do not believe in training through intimidation. We believe in encouragement and positivity.
We also believe in training you not only physically, but mentally as well, and helping you to see the potential within yourself and helping you to believe in YOU. When you change your mindset, you change your life!
We will sit down with you and talk about your goals and help design a program that is tailored to you and your needs to make sure you are getting the full benefit of your training. Your trainer will provide you amazing support and help inspire and encourage you on your journey.
WE ALSO OFFER SMALL-GROUP TRAINING!
This will provide more personalized training and more individual attention than a trainer can provide in a larger group setting AND provides a more affordable option than one on one personal training.

Prime Time is a group fitness class for ladies 55 and up that focuses on quality movement to improve balance, strength, and mobility/flexibility. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment that fosters an encouraging community where all fitness levels are welcome.
The class is designed through various exercises to help reduce injuries, gain strength, and improve quality of life.
This will be a LOW impact class and will be kept at a minimum of 10 participants so that our trainer can spend plenty of quality time with each individual. Proper form will be addressed and taught in each class.
Social distancing will be in place. Due to limited attendance please reach out to see if spots are currently open in the program.

Don't get us wrong, this program does require you to work out and you'll workout hard, but you will work at YOUR own fitness level. We all know that everyone starts at different fitness levels and at Fierce we accept you right where you are. We will give options in our classes for ALL fitness levels and not only that, you will workout in an all-female environment with an all-female staff. We are all about empowerment and encouragement to be the best version of yourself that you can be. We will push you outside your comfort zone and inspire you to do more than you ever thought you could! You will become strong not only on the outside but on the inside as well!
Using the Metabolic resistance training programs that we do at Fierce means not having to workout for hours at a time, boring ineffective “cardio” or going on super low-calorie diets.
As I said, there's no dieting or starving involved, just good sensible eating which I’ll teach you about and the fun, high energy workouts that we deliver here at Fierce.
This program isn't just about losing inches and weight either. It is about gaining confidence and learning to be comfortable in your own skin!
Included in your 6-week program is unlimited workouts at Fierce, a 6-week meal plan, grocery lists, recipe book, success manual, access to our private accountability group, daily inspiration, measurements and before and after pics, weekly meetings, and a Little Black Dress celebration night!

BIKINI FIT CAMP
NEXT CAMP STARTING 10/5/20!
We are taking it back to where it all started with our old school Bikini Fit Camp workouts at the park!
Classes will be a combination of strength training, cardio, and core. We will give options for all fitness levels.
Please bring a set of weights to the Monday and Thursday classes and a mat, jump rope, and water to all of the classes.
We will meet at the park behind the Columbia County Library. All classes must be reserved ahead of time.
The price is $99 a month with no contract. Current Fierce members, classes are included in your membership. Classes are 45 min long and only for a limited time!
