Cardio Crunch

Get ready to burn some calories and sculpt your core in cardio crunch! This class incorporates high-intensity exercises along with core exercises to builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
F.I.T. FAST INTERVAL TRAINING

F.I.T is a fun high-intensity interval training class that will get your heart pumping and your legs moving.
This class will help increase speed, power, and strength, while also improving coordination and agility. Various tools such as agility ladders, jump rope, mini hurdles, Bosu, etc.
This is a fun, highly effective cardio and core workout to start your weekend out by torching calories and burning fat.
Lower Body Burn

Lower body burn us a strength training class that focuses on strengthening and shaping the thighs, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Class will be infused with bouts of HIIT to spike the heart rate to increase calorie burn and will finish with a core burn out. Modifications will be given for all levels. Class will incorporate dumbbells, bars, resistance bands, steps, and more!

TRX Mobility Flow
TRX Mobility Flow is a mobility and core focused workout that combines yoga inspired movements with more traditional strength, stability and mobility exercises using the TRX. This class is designed to increase mobility, increase performance, accelerate recovery, and aid in injury prevention
Ripped

Ripped is a strength training class for the upper body, back, and core. Class will be infused with bouts of HIIT to spike up the heart rate and increase calorie burn
