Fierce Fitness for Women
Fierce Fitness Training for women is dedicated to helping women reach their maximum potential and challenge women to reach their personal best. When you join Fierce Fitness Training you are joining a community of women who are there cheering you on, never judging you, and always encouraging you to reach goals that you never thought were possible. It is much more than just fitness classes, when you attend you are joining a family of women who are there to better themselves and you because nobody judges, only ENCOURAGES.

WE BELIEVE IN YOU!
It all started in 2006 with a small outdoor fitness program called Bikini Boot Camp. There was NOTHING like it in the area. This was way before any other women's boot camp program was even thought about in the CSRA and long before chain group fitness studios entered our area. We WERE the pioneers for all women's group fitness programs in the CSRA- we were also the beginning of boot camps in this area. In 2015, our classes moved indoors and became the area's first indoor women's boot camp program in Evans.

Group Fitness Classes
Circuit training style class that focuses on firing up your metabolism and burning fat whole sculpting and shredding your entire body. Class focuses on high repetitions and light weight. Class will be a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component as well as cardio.
Non-aerobic, low impact class that will improve muscular strength, endurance, and balance. The focus of the class is lifting heavier weights, slower, in order to become stronger!
Rock N Flow Yoga
Rock N FLow Yoga is a 30 minute light flow yoga class set to modern rock n roll music that focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles helping to improve flexibility. This is a fun class. Don't be surprised if you want to sing along to the tunes :) .

Step & Stretch
Get ready to sculpt your core, legs, glutes, and upper body through the use of a step. Don’t worry, this isn’t old-school step aerobics—it’s functional fitness that’s fun. And the level of intensity is up to you. You can follow the beat of the music. You can slow the class down. You can speed the class up. Plus, in addition to the flexibility with tempo, Step and Stretch offers regressions and progressions that make the class accessible and effective for everyone.
After the 25 minute step class we will cool and down and spend 25 min stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles helping to improve flexibility.
Chisel & Burn
This metabolic training workout will sculpt all muscle groups through use of dumbbells, kettlebells, slamballs, TRX, Bosu and other fun fitness tools. Be prepared for super effective strength moves that build firm and lean muscle which is key to boosting your metabolism as well as heart pumping cardio exercise to help torch calories and burn fat. Get ready for your fitness to get fired up!
F.I.T is a fun high intensity interval training class that will get your heart pumping and your legs moving. This class will help increase speed, power and strength, while also improving coordination and agility. Various tools such as agility ladders, jump rope, mini hurdles, bosus, etc. This is a fun, highly effective cardio and core workout to start your weekend out by torching calories and burning fat.
