Intro to Aerial Workshop #2

Experience being completely supported by silk fabrics as we combine  traditional yoga with the aerial arts! This beginner level workshop introduces poses while using silk hammocks as a prop. Challenge your balance and strength in a new and exciting way along with altering your perspective as you take the opportunity to turn upside down!  Classes start in November so this will be a great opportunity to come get familar and comfortable in the silks!
