Kids Fit combines strength, speed, agility and balance training to provide a fun and safe environment to bring the love of movement to youth. Our primary focus is on functional movement and training. Our goal is to teach children and teens to move more efficiently, the way our bodies were designed to move. But our ultimate goal at Fierce is to teach children to learn to love exercise and to teach them self love, self confidence, and give them a solid foundation on living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

WHAT WE DO
Children and Teens will have a great opportunity to maximize these skills when exposed to this stimulus during years of peak development. The classes are designed to engage and entertain children, while teaching proper movement mechanics and create a broad athletic foundation.
The functional movements will involve exercises that are fundamental to what kids do when they play such as running, climbing, pulling, pushing, throwing, lifting, and jumping. All of these will be witnessed throughout our program. These skills will be taught safely under the close supervision of our coaches. Coaches will pair Fitness with Fun, to instill a lifelong love for children and teens to live a healthy lifestyle.
Our program will equally benefit a person who is less active or any accomplished athlete. All workouts will be designed to challenge and deliver measureable results and progress. Every workout is scalable, meaning all participants can do the same/similar movements with different resistance levels. At Fierce Fitness Training,
we strive to provide the best fitness program for children and teens to improve their overall health and development so they excel in all aspects of life.
Our Coaches are professionally trained and certified to teach and coach young populations. Fierce Fitness will run background checks on all of our trainers so parents know that their kids are always in the best care. Our Coaches truly enjoy working with kids and helping them grow as young athletes and community leaders. There is no such thing as “I can’t” instead, our coaches will create an atmosphere of “I’ll try” to develop a mentally strong and positive attitude with all kids involved.
